Another week is in the books on the PGA Tour, which means another week of big-money payouts have been administered to the PGA Tour playing class. Below, find everything you need to know about tournament money, including purse, for the 2024 Zozo Championship in Japan.
2024 Zozo Championship Final Round Recap
The 2024 Zozo Championship is complete, and boy it was a doozy. Nico Echavarria, a 30-year-old Colombian, got his second PGA Tour victory after clinging — at times furiously — to a two-shot 54-hole lead. Echavarria made two birdies on his last three holes to close out the victory, locking up a big-time payday and the coveted PGA Tour exemptions that come with it.
Two-time major champ Justin Thomas fell just short of Echavarria despite a valiant Sunday charge. Thomas made just one bogey all week at the Zozo, but in the end a par on the last hole sank his fortunes. Still, he leaves on Sunday with a T2 finish and one of his best individual performances in years.
Below is complete payout information, including winner’s share, for the Zozo Championship’s $8.5 million purse.
