Six-time PGA Tour winner Max Homa is in the field at the Valero Texas Open, hoping to create his first big highlight of the year and get his game ready for next week’s Masters.

So far this season, Homa has only been able to earn one top-10 finish, but he got off to a strong start Thursday morning at TPC San Antonio.
For Friday’s second round, Homa will switch to an afternoon tee time, setting off at 2:08 p.m. ET with Collin Morikawa and Corey Conners.
You can watch the second round of the 2024 Valero Texas Open on Friday via ESPN+, which will stream with exclusive early action starting at 8:15 a.m. ET and featured group coverage all day, and on Golf Channel starting at 4 p.m. ET. Peacock will offer a simulcast of Golf Channel’s TV coverage.
