Weather suspends Travelers with 3 pairings on course (and Dustin Johnson leading)

The Travelers is waiting out a weather delay.

The final round of the Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Conn., has been suspended with just six golfers remaining on the course.

Lightning in the area suspended play at 5:17 p.m. ET with Dustin Johnson leading at 20 under. Johnson is in the final pairing with Brendon Todd and they have three holes left. Kevin Streelman is in second (18 under) and has two holes remaining. The clubhouse leader is Will Gordon at 17 under.

The broadcast is on CBS Sports, and a weather update at about 5:30 p.m. said players could likely begin their warm-up in about 30 minutes. You can check out the final-round leaderboard here.

Johnson is looking for his 21st career PGA Tour victory.
