UPDATE: Due to heavy rain in the Hobe Sound, Fla., area, The Match II has been pushed back 40 minutes and will now start at 3:40 p.m. ET on the same networks.
Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson are back for another high-stakes match, and they’ve brought along two of the biggest names in professional sports to join them. Tiger and Phil will join forces with Peyton Manning and Tom Brady, respectively, for The Match II: Champions for Charity.
The live matchplay event will take place from Medalist Golf Club, Tiger Woods’ home course in Hobe Sound, Fla. Much like last week’s TaylorMade Driving Relief skins game from Seminole Golf Club, proceeds from this week’s event will go toward coronavirus relief efforts.
The Match II will again be broadcast by Turner Sports, which plans to carry wall-to-wall coverage of the event on a quartette of broadcast networks. Turner will also provide a bevy of streaming options for those who won’t be near their televisions for the event.
