The opening round of the re-started PGA Tour season is in the books, and now the second round of the Charles Schwab Challenge is set to begin on Friday, June 12. Here’s everything you need to know to follow Round 2 at Colonial.

Charles Schwab Challenge Round 2 preview

Justin Rose didn’t waste much time flashing his major-winning game on Thursday, shooting a sparkling seven-under 63 to jump out to the early lead. Rose’s playing partner Bryson DeChambeau put on a nice show for himself as well. DeChambeau dropped six birdies against one bogey to reach five under. For Friday’s second round, Rose’s group, which also includes Dustin Johnson (one-over 71), switches to an afternoon tee time at 1:55 p.m. ET.

Harold Varner III drained a birdie putt on the 18th hole late on Thursday to match Rose atop the leaderboard at seven under. Varner’s second-round tee time is set for 8:12 a.m. ET, and he’ll again play alongside Zac Blair and Scottie Scheffler.

The star-studded trio of World No. 1 Rory McIlroy, Jon Rahm and Brooks Koepka (Nos. 2 and 3, respectively) will tee off for their second rounds at Colonial at 8:56 a.m. ET Friday, beginning on the 10th tee.

How to watch Charles Schwab Challenge Round 2 on TV

The second round of the 2020 Charles Schwab Challenge will air on Golf Channel for a total of seven hours on Friday. In addition to the normal Round 2 broadcast from 4-7 p.m. ET, Golf Channel will air PGA Tour Live Featured Group coverage from 12-4 p.m. ET.

How to stream Charles Schwab Challenge Round 2 online

Viewers who choose to watch the tournament online can view Featured Group coverage of the second round all day Friday via PGA Tour Live, though you will need an account to access the stream. For those with a cable TV subscription, the Golf Channel TV broadcast can be streamed live online at golfchannel.com.

Twitter will offer limited coverage of the second round for free, as well as a “Twitter Multicast” featuring celebrities and pro athletes discussing the first round as they watch it.
