After a week off, the PGA Tour is back in action for the 2024 World Wide Technology Championship, and our preferred long shot this week just won the most recent tournament. Here’s our long-shot pick, the World Wide Technology Championship odds, betting favorites and everything else you need to know.

World Wide Technology Championship odds: Long-shot bet

For this week’s FedEx Fall event in Mexico, we’re selecting Colombia pro Nico Echavarria as our long shot, and he comes into the week with +5500 odds to win.

There’s one simple reason why Nico looks good to us: he won the most recent PGA Tour event two weeks ago. That event was the Zozo Championship, and Echavarria fought off a host of Tour stars to earn his second career PGA Tour win.

While this week’s field is larger, it doesn’t have nearly as many top players, which gives Echavarria a great opportunity to capture his second win in a row.

If you bet $10 on Echavarria to win and he does it, you’ll walk away with $550. Consider placing additional small bets on Echavarria to finish top 10 and top 20 for insurance.

Looking for more long-shot bets for the World Wide Technology Championship? This week’s honorable mentions are Jacob Bridgeman (+5000) and Bud Cauley (+6600).

World Wide Technology Championship odds: The favorites

With most stars sitting this week out, a few lesser-know pros are taking their place at the top of the betting list. The pre-tournament betting favorite is Max Greyserman, with +1400 odds to win.

Coming in second is one of the most well-known players in the field, Cameron Young (+2000). He’s followed in third by Doug Ghim at +2200.

You can see the top 10 and ties in World Wide Technology Championship betting odds as of Tuesday morning below or head over to BetMGM to see the full list of odds and bets for this week.
