The 2021 AT&T Byron Nelson kicks off Thursday at TPC Craig Ranch in Texas. You can find full first-round tee times at the bottom of this post.
Notable groupings for AT&T Byron Nelson Round 1
Hideki Matsuyama was having a rough, inconsistent start to his 2020-21 season on the PGA Tour. Before April, his last top-10 finish came in November at the rescheduled Houston Open. But that all changed with one magical week at Augusta National. Matsuyama put together his best game to surge to the top of the leaderboard on the weekend at the Masters and capture his first green jacket and major win.
We haven’t seen Matsuyama on the course since, as he took a much-deserved break after his Masters triumph. But now Hideki is back and ready to tee it up as a major champion for the first time this week at the AT&T Byron Nelson. He tees off for the first round at 1:44 p.m. ET on Thursday alongside Jon Rahm and Sung Kang.
Other notable groupings for the opening round include Jordan Spieth, Scottie Scheffler and Will Zalatoris (1:33 p.m. ET); Brooks Koepka, Sergio Garcia, Cameron Champ (8:23 a.m. ET); and Bryson DeChambeau, Sam Burns and Marc Leishman (8:34 a.m. ET).
