Hideki Matsuyama cruised to victory at the Masters on Sunday at Augusta National, earning himself his first-ever major championship title.

When it comes to his equipment, Matsuyama is unique in his preparation. He tests numerous drivers, wedges and putters prior to every event he plays in. It’s not uncommon to see Matsuyama’s bag full of 20+ clubs during practice round days on Monday-through-Wednesday. That means his clubs and shafts often change week-to-week.
