The second round of the 2020 U.S. Open is complete, and now the players who battled and made the cut will return to Winged Foot for Round 3 on Saturday. You can see full third round tee times for Saturday at the bottom of this post.
U.S. Open Round 3 Preview
We’ve reached the halfway point at the U.S. Open, and now Moving Day awaits. The final pairing will tee off at 2:25 p.m. ET, and it features a couple of popular and accomplished PGA Tour stars.
One of those players is Bryson DeChambeau. The six-time PGA Tour winner began his second round early on Friday and eagled his final hole to shoot a two-under 68. It was an impressive score for how difficult the course was playing, and good enough to give him the clubhouse lead for much of the day.
That is until 2018 Masters champion Patrick Reed signed his second round scorecard. Reed refused to let the wind and Winged Foot’s treacherous greens bring him down on Friday, finishing with an even-par 70, giving him a one-shot lead over DeChambeau.
