Daniel Berger won the 2020 Charles Schwab Challenge on Sunday at Colonial Country Club in a one-hole playoff against Collin Morikawa. He did so with a mixed bag of equipment from different manufacturers, ranging from old equipment to newer releases.

Most notably, Berger – who’s an equipment free agent – employed TaylorMade MC Forged 2011 irons that he first started using in high school. We covered the full story of these irons back in February. After the story was published, Berger was buying sets of the irons from fans in the comment section of our Fully Equipped Instagram page. Amazing.

Here’s the full setup Berger used to win on Sunday:

Driver: Callaway Mavrik Sub Zero (Fujikura Ventus 6X shaft), 9 degrees

3-wood: Callaway Epic Flash (Fujikura Speeder 857 TR 85X shaft), 13.5 degrees

Irons: Callaway Apex 2016 (3 iron; Project X 6.5 shaft), TaylorMade MC Forged 2011 (4-PW; Project X 6.5 shafts)

Wedges: Callaway Mack Daddy Forged (50 and 56 degrees; True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue S400 shafts), Callaway Mack Daddy 4 (60 degrees; True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue S400 shafts)

Putter: TaylorMade Spider X (Chalk) with SuperStroke Traxion PistolGT 1.0 grip

Ball: Titleist Pro V1
