Brandt Snedeker ran into trouble on the par-4 9th at Bay Hill on Thursday, but it could have been a lot worse if not for his epic shot from the bleachers.
Snedeker hit his approach well right and had to play it from the hospitality tent. After the spectators moved out of the way and he assessed his shot, he clipped the ball and found the middle of the green, even spinning it back, from 50 yards away.
Snedeker had 21 feet left for par but missed and tapped in for bogey.
He opened the Arnold Palmer Invitational with a one-over 73 and is tied for 72nd. You can watch his shot below.
Crowd-pleasing from the hospitality tent.
