The first-ever TGL Playoffs get underway on Monday, March 17, at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the TGL Playoffs on Monday, including full TGL TV coverage, streaming info, teams and more.
How to watch Monday’s TGL Playoff match
The inaugural regular season is over, and now the TGL Playoffs are officially ready to begin. Four teams — Los Angeles Golf Club, the Bay Golf Club, Atlanta Drive Golf Club and New York Golf Club — survived to qualify for the postseason. And it all gets started on Monday night.
Monday will see the first of two seminfinals matches. In Match 1, No. 1-seed Los Angeles Golf Club will take on No. 4-seed New York Golf Club.
Collin Morikawa, Tommy Fleetwood and Sahith Theegala will respresent LA in the first playoff match, while New York will put forward Xander Schauffele, Rickie Fowler and Cameron Young.
The winner of Monday’s match will face the winner of Tuesday’s second semifinals match in a best-of-three final round later Tuesday night.
The format for Monday’s playoff match will be the same as the regular season. The teams compete on a nine-hole simulator course in triples, and then alternate appearing in one-hole singles matches. Short game shots and putting will happen live around the stadium’s high-tech green. Each team will begin the match with three Hammers that can be used at any time.
