Watch: Lee Westwood Holes Out for Eagle on 14th Hole

June 16, 2016

OAKMONT, Pa. — Lee Westwood has two of the 11 eagles at the U.S. Open this week, and the most recent one gave him a share of the lead.

During the start of his third round on Saturday, Westwood spun back an iron from 130 yards for an eagle on the par-4 5th hole. That moved him to three under for the tournament and tied him with Andrew Landry.

It was Westwood’s second eagle of the tournament. The first came on the par-4 14th during the first round on Thursday. From 124 yards out, Westwood knocked in his approach and spun it in like he did Saturday.
