Things are good for the U.S. Ryder Cup team. They won the first three sessions 3-1, lead 9-3 and are a strong Friday fourball session away from turning Sunday singles into a coronation.

Daniel Berger and Justin Thomas played on Saturday morning and both were benched for the afternoon, so between sessions they made their way to the rowdy 1st tee and tried to pump up the crowd. As they were walking off the tee, as captured via Twitter, a couple of beers were thrown their way.

So, what are a couple of 20-somethings to do when they have an afternoon off with their team riding high? They chug the beers, of course. Check out the video below.

“These guys are having a good time,” said U.S. captain Steve Stricker between sessions. “I guess from what you saw earlier — I didn’t see the antics on the 1st tee — but I heard a couple of the guys are having a good time. They are loose and they are ready to play.”

You can keep tabs on the Saturday fourball session here.
