Hero World Challenge preview
For the first time since early April, Tiger Woods will take live shots in a pro golf competition this week at Hero World Challenge, the annual event he hosts in the Bahamas.
Woods latest foot injury forced him to withdraw from the Masters after making the cut. Surgery quickly followed, putting Woods on the sidelines for much of the year.
But now he’s ready to make his return and battle against the likes of two-time defending champion Viktor Hovland, Scottie Scheffler, Rickie Fowler and more. All-in-all, 20 top pros are taking part in the unofficial event.
Golf Channel and NBC will provide TV coverage of the 2023 Hero World Challenge, while Peacock will offer streaming coverage online.
