The moment has finally arrived. After two years of predicitons, warnings and prognositcations, Bradley is set to reveal his Ryder Cup captain’s picks for the 2025 event at Bethpage Black.
But who Bradley will choose to join the American team is anyone’s guess. Six players have automatically qualified for the U.S. Ryder Cup team. Those players are Scottie Scheffler, J.J. Spaun, Xander Schauffele, Russell Henley, Harris English and Bryson DeChambeau.
The remainer of the team will be filled by Bradley six captain’s picks, which could go to any player the captain sees fit to choose. The biggest question is this: will Bradley use one of his six picks on himself?
Bradley is 11th in the U.S. team standings, and most agree he is one of the best American players. But many have cautioned Bradley against picking himself, arguing that the responsibilites of being captain are too great to manage while also playing.
