Next up on The Scoop: Wyndham Clark!

I have to admit that I didn’t know much about the 2023 U.S. Open champion before our interview. I’ve spent a good amount of time in Clark’s press conferences over the last year or so, but I was really excited to sit down with him to learn more about what makes him tick. After watching his episode on season two of “Full Swing” on Netflix, I knew that I wanted to learn a bit more about his sports psychologist, Julie Elion.

Don’t be fooled by the all-black outfits: It was a warm day in Phoenix, and we definitely were not in mourning. Clark requested mint chocolate chip ice cream, and I was happy to learn that he’s a big fan of all ice cream, although he doesn’t eat too much of it these days. Luckily he made an exception for our sit-down chat.

From winning a PlayStation on the course as a kid to high school basketball, mental health and how his life changed after winning the U.S. Open, get to know the three-time PGA Tour winner over a couple scoops of ice cream! I think you’ll enjoy this one.
