The ‘Short Game Chef’ will change how you approach shots around the green

Parker McLachlin, AKA the Short Game Chef, shares his recipes for cooking up a great short game.

GOLF.com

Parker McLachlin, aka the Short Game Chef, knows a thing or two about how to improve your game.

He has not only played on the PGA Tour and worked with Tour players like Keith Mitchell and Kevin Streelman, but McLachlin has also made it his mission to help amateurs get better — in particular, by providing the ingredients for honing or developing a stellar short game.

We recently spent a day with McLachlin in Scottsdale, Ariz., and picked his brain for practical short-game advice that all abilities of players can apply. You can check out the results in the videos below, in which McLachlin debunks some common short-game myths and also shows an average duffer (me!) how to overcome bunker yips.
