The 2025 Truist Championship goes down this week at temporary host site Philadelphia Cricket Club, and defending champion Rory McIlroy is the betting favorite. Here is everything you need to know about the Truist Championship odds and other betting favorites to start the week.

This week Rory McIlroy will play his first individual event since his historic 2025 Maters victory, and he’s the betting favorite at the Truist Championship. McIlroy comes into the week with odds-to-win of +400 for what is the final PGA Tour event before the 2025 PGA Championship.

But with this week’s tournament receiving Signature Event status, McIlroy has plenty of company in the star department.

Collin Morikawa is installed in second place in the pre-tournament Truist odds at +1400.

Ludvig Aberg and Xander Schauffele are knotted in third at +1600. Rounding out the top 5 are Justin Thomas (+1800) and Patrick Cantlay (+2000).
