Nico Echavarria, Justin Lower and Carson Young are 16 under par — one shot ahead of Joe Highsmith, Austin Eckroat and Max Greyserman. Echavarria is on a hot streak, hoping to notch his third career PGA Tour title and second win in as many starts after his victory at the Zozo Championship in Japan two weeks ago.
