Tom Kim and Scottie Scheffler, to celebrate the June 21st birthday they share, ate pizza earlier this week — and Kim would like you to know the amount.
“I had a lot of pizza,” he said.
“So I kind of told myself, no matter what, I wouldn’t do that in a tournament, but it’s my birthday and it’s kind of a tradition — you know, me, Scottie, we have the same birthday, so we had an early birthday celebration.”
Good stuff, no pun intended.

Say Kim or Scheffler win. Kim, after all, was leading by one heading into Sunday’s final round, and Scheffler was among those a stroke back. And say one of them collected the $3.6 million winner’s share from the $20 million purse.
And say they went back to Sally’s APizza, where Kim said they’d been.
And say they decided to eat $3.6 mill worth of pizza.
