The 2023 Charles Schwab Challenge gets underway Thursday morning with the opening round at Colonial Country Club. Here’s what you need to know to watch Round 1 on TV or online.
Previewing Round 1
This week’s PGA Tour event at Colonial is something of a home game for Dallas native Jordan Spieth. The 29-year-old star pro is having a good season this year. He’s collected five top-10 finishes, including a runner-up at the RBC Heritage after he lost in a playoff. At last week’s PGA Championship, Spieth finished T29.
Though his play has looked solid, Spieth is still stuck on 13 career PGA Tour wins, but he’s hoping to change that in a big way this week at Colonial, where he’ll face off against World No. 2 Scottie Scheffler, Collin Morikawa and defending champion Sam Burns, to name a few.
