The former World No. 1 and current No. 4 opened the American Express with a strong round of eight-under 64, leaving him two shots off the early lead. On Day 2, Rahm played the Nicklaus course at PGA West, and he quickly move to 10 under on the front nine.
For Saturday’s third round, Rahm will take on the Pete Dye course at PGA West, playing alongside Rickie Fowler for the third day in a row.
