South Florida local Daniel Berger is in command at the tournament’s halfway point, posting back-to-back rounds of 65 to lead the field by three shots (10 under overall) with 36 holes to play.
Berger will tee it up in Round 3 alongside Chris Kirk in Saturday afternoon’s final pairing. Kirk is currently tied for second with Kurt Kitayama, who will play in the penultimate pairing, at seven under overall.
