The 2021 Zozo Championship gets underway late Wednesday night with the opening round at Narashino Country Club in Japan. Here’s what you need to know to watch the first round on TV or online.
Previewing Zozo Championship Round 1
After one year away from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Zozo Championship is heading back to Japan for the third playing of the new fully-sanctioned PGA Tour event. American golf fans were able to catch the 2020 version in primetime thanks to its temporary location in California. This year, spectators in the states will have to stay up late to watch the event live.
The first round will begin late Wednesday night in the Eastern time zone, with Golf Channel TV coverage kicking off at 11:30 p.m. ET. But with Rickie Fowler, Hideki Matusyama, Xander Schuaffele, Will Zalatoris and many more star players teeing it up, it’s well worth losing a little sleep to see who can join Tiger Woods and Patrick Cantlay as Zozo champions.
Below you will find everything you need to watch the first round of the 2021 Zozo Championship.
