The 2021 U.S. Open at Torrey Pines continues with the second round on Friday, June 18. Here’s what you need to know to watch the second round on TV or stream the action online.

Previewing U.S. Open Round 2

Louis Oosthuizen is going to have an early wake-up call on Day 2 at Torrey Pines, not that he will mind. That’s because when the 2010 Open champion resumes his opening round Friday morning, he’ll do so with a share of the lead. Oosthuizen made five birdies and one bogey through his first 16 holes to reach four under, tying Russell Henley for the early lead.

Stop doubting Brooks Koepka at major championships. Stop it.

The start of play was delayed 90 minutes on Thursday, so Oosthuizen and many other players who teed off in the afternoon wave were unable to complete their opening rounds. They’ll finish up the final few holes to get the action started on Friday before the second round gets underway.

Oosty isn’t the only proven winner in the mix early in U.S. Open week. Four-time major champion Brooks Koepka was able to finish off a two-under 69 on Thursday. Hideki Matsuyama, Jon Rahm, Rory McIlroy and Dustin Johnson also find themselves in contention in the early going, setting up an exciting Day 2.

Below you will find everything you need to know to watch the second round.
