The PGA Tour heads to Bay Hill Club & Lodge in Orlando, Fla., this week for the 2021 Arnold Palmer Invitational. Here’s everything you need to know to watch the tournament.
Arnold Palmer Invitational preview
The Arnold Palmer Invitational is always a popular event among PGA Tour pros, and this year is no different. A host of Tour stars are in Orlando to tee it up at Bay Hill this week, including three-time major champion Jordan Spieth. After struggling for years to find his A-game, Spieth has had a resurgence lately.
Spieth finished T15 in his last appearance at the Genesis Invitational two weeks ago, after contending over the first two rounds. That followed a T3 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and a T4 at the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Is this the week he finally returns to the winner’s circle for the first time since 2017?
If Spieth is to win, he’ll have to top the likes of Bryson DeChambeau, Rickie Fowler, Justin Rose, Louis Oosthuizen and Rory McIlroy. McIlroy is trying to end a drought of his own that dates back to his win at the WGC-HSBC Champions in November 2019.
