If you’re looking for an estate on the eastern seaboard of Florida, you might just be in luck. But you’ll need a heap of cash to close the deal.

World Golf Hall of Famer Greg Norman has listed his 32,000-square foot mansion for sale at a hefty price tag of $59.9 million. The compound, located at 382 S. Beach Road on Jupiter Island, is equipped with 10 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and six half bathrooms. It also includes two pools, two wine cellars and a dock that can accommodate a yacht.

“My wife and I feel it is time to move on after 30 years here,” Norman told the Miami Herald via email. “The whole pandemic experience with social distancing and being isolated from our families — most of whom live overseas — this past year has made us realize how short life truly is and has caused us to reevaluate how and where we want to spend the rest of our lives. Memories here are numerous and endless, and they will be forever etched in our minds.”

Norman originally purchased the home in 1991 for a price of $5 million. Since the acquisition, Norman rebuilt the entire property including a main house, a pool house and a beach house.

In addition to the luxurious amenities, whoever purchases the home will have a handful of famous, golfy neighbors — among them Tiger Woods.

Norman did not indicate where he and his wife will relocate to, but if they receive their asking price for the property, they should have plenty of options.
