Tony Finau won The Northern Trust on Monday at Liberty National on the first hole of sudden-death playoff against Cameron Smith. The win gave Finau his second PGA Tour victory, and his first mainland victory in the United States; his other win came at the 2016 Puerto Rico Open.
The Ping staffer uses a setup of mostly Ping clubs, including a G425 LST driver, a G400 Stretch fairway, Blueprint Forged irons, Glide Forged wedges and a custom Ping PLD Anser 2 putter. As a former Nike staffer, he also uses a Nike Vapor Fly Pro 3-iron, along with a Titleist Vokey SM8 WedgeWorks 60T lob wedge and a Titleist Pro V1 golf ball.
