Scottie Scheffler and Tommy Fleetwood possess two of the purest swings on the planet. No one is going to debate that statement. They can call out their carry yardages and generally nail the number — or get within a yard or two — on the first try.
It’s pretty simple stuff for the best players in the world.
Give them a shot from 125 yards on a relatively calm day, and there’s no question Scheffler and Fleetwood are firing at the flag with a wedge in hand.
But what about 125 yards with a driver or putter in hand? Yes, you read that right: driver and putter.
In TaylorMade’s latest “Full Bag Challenge,” the two pros were asked to go head-to-head in a humorous competition that required them to hit every club in the bag from 125 yards.
The player closest to the hole got to keep their club, and the winner was determined by who had the most clubs left in their bag.
We won’t spoil the ending, but let’s just say Scottie is dangerous with a fairway wood in his hands. The same can be said of Fleetwood with a mid-iron. And the putter? It’s definitely a moment worth checking out. (Note: No gamer putters were harmed during the making of this video.)
