Even though the Ryder Cup is an event that can quickly create animosity between the two teams involved, the Americans and the Europeans have a lot more in common than they might like to admit, and one of those similarities can be found on the putting green with this specific piece of gear, one that many of them can agree on — putter grips.

It really wasn’t that long ago that aftermarket grip options for putters were limited to only a few select shapes; either a pistol style with a smaller flat front section or a paddle style grip that is mostly the same but with a more pronounced flatter section under the top hand.

These grips came in a number of sizes and colors, but it wasn’t until SuperStroke came along that the world of putter grips was flipped on its head.

SuperStroke Putter Grips

Putter grips to fit any golfer and any stroke

Since the introduction of SuperStroke grips back in 2009, they have quickly established themselves as one of the leaders in the putter grip space with almost endless options for shape, size and taper. They have even expanded to the point of offering up limited-edition grips along with licensed products from the NFL, NHL, MLB and the NCAA.
