Costco is set to expand its line of inexpensive Kirkland Signature golf products come June, according to the May Issue of the Costco Connection magazine.

In 2016, Costco broke into the golf space with a four-piece Kirkland Signature golf ball — they were $30 for two dozen golf balls — that later resulted in legal issues. As a follow up to the four-piece offering, which is no longer available online or in stores, Costco released a three-piece golf ball selling for $24.99 per two dozen; that product is still available.

Now, Costco is getting into the golf club game with a Kirkland Signature KS1 putter. The putters are milled and made from 303 stainless steel, according to the Costco Connection magazine.

“This is a great club,” says Tim Farmer, Costco’s vice president of merchandising, in the magazine. “The steel and milling, plus the professionally milled insert, provide exceptional performance and feel.”

The 34.5-inch KS1 putters are adjustable with interchangeable heel and toe weights in the sole, and they come equipped with SuperStroke CounterCore grips.

Costco says the putters will be available online and in select warehouses starting in June. According to a Costco membership manager at a Scottsdale warehouse, the putters are set to sell for $139.99 in-store and $149.99 online (item No. 1380932). The manager said he was unsure if a coupon for the product will be available, and that the price is subject to change. Weight kits for the putter will be sold separately.
