Earlier this week, when asked if he was going to play, Tiger Woods said it would be a “game-time decision.” Fast-forward a few days, and when asked if he thought he could win the tournament, he said, “I do.” The game-time decision was looking more and more optimistic. Now, we’re here, and Tiger will take to the first tee at 11:04 am. ET on Thursday.
