After nearly a month-long hiatus, the LPGA returned last week for the Pelican Women’s Championship in Belleair, Fla., where Sei Young Kim captured her second straight victory. It also served as a great tune-up, as the U.S. Women’s Open is just two weeks away.

During Friday’s round, we spotted a unique accessory on Sierra Brooks. She sported a stylish light blue Whoop Strap — a wearable device that measures physiological data to help optimize the way we sleep, train and recover.

The lightweight and waterproof strap connects to an app that manages all of your data. Whoop allows you to join teams with friends, family or fellow golfers so you can compare analytics and compete to improve. The newest version, Whoop Strap 3.0, features improved battery life that lasts for five days.

Whoop is a subscription-based service, so you get the strap then pay a monthly fee for access to all of the data it collects. You can start with a six-month subscription, or save more by opting for an 18-month membership.

We’ve partnered with Whoop to give our readers a $30 discount on any length subscription. If you like Brooks’ look, opt for the ProKnit band in Eventide.
