When it comes to golf grips, there aren’t many that fall into the category of being considered classic favorites, but one grip that is certainly on the list is the V55 from Golf Pride, and after being retired a number of years ago it’s back for a limited time.

Golf Pride was founded in 1949 and to celebrate their 55-year anniversary back in 2004, they released the V55 which is a combination of the classic Tour Velvet and the Victory grip featuring the Swing Rite alignment aid. The design not only brought together two classic designs into one, but it also offered the perfect combination of feel and responsiveness demanded by modern players.
