Course Overview
Steep ravines affect play throughout Shoreacres’ famed stretch of holes from 10-15. The rest of the property features more modest topography but you are unlikely to notice that fact as the expansive greens offer such interesting targets. Ironic for an architect who built template holes but the best hole on this Seth Raynor design may well be the thoroughly original risk-reward 520-yard par-5 15th, which doglegs left, over and around a ravine. 3 things to know

Hole everyone talks about
No. 15, par 5, 520 yards: With a hazard that cuts across the fairway, the 15th presents an intriguing risk-reward opportunity. An aggressive line off the tee can give you a chance to get home in 2, but the green is protected by bunkers on both sides. -
Best non-golf amenity
Shoreacres’ outdoor patio boasts a stunning view of Lake Michigan, making it the perfect place to enjoy a post-round bite and beverage. -
Insider tip
Spend some time with the flatstick before your round. Large, contoured greens make putting a challenge.
