The PGA Tour is back in Florida to kick off a series of events in the sunny, golf-crazed East Coast state. The first stop on the Tour’s trip is PGA National Resort for the Cognizant Classic.

The treacherous Champions Course has been played on Tour for years, and it’s once again prepped and ready to challenge some of the world’s best players, like Shane Lowry, Rickie Fowler and Jordan Spieth, to name a few.
The total purse stretches to $9 million, and the battle for the lion’s share begins with Thursday’s opening round.
You can watch the first round of the Cognizant Classic on TV via Golf Channel, which will air coverage beginning at 2 p.m. ET on Thursday. PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ will provide exclusive early coverage and featured group streaming coverage starting at 6:45 a.m. ET.
